General Authority for Affairs of Two Holy Mosques Urges Grand Mosque Visitors to Follow Awareness Guidelines for Golf Carts
The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque called on visitors to the Grand Mosque to adhere to the awareness guidelines related to the use of golf carts, which aim to ensure the comfort of pilgrims and provide a better experience within the mosque.
The authority noted that the service is designated exclusively for the elderly and persons with disabilities, and that advance booking through the designated platform is required to benefit from the service. It also stressed the importance of arriving on time and starting from the location indicated on the ticket.
Specifically, the golf carts service at the Grand Mosque is a transportation solution dedicated to serving the elderly, people with disabilities, and pilgrims who require assistance in performing the rituals of Tawaf and Sai inside the Grand Mosque. The e-powered carts are designed for ease of use and comfort and can be reserved electronically via the “Tanaqol” app through the following link: https://carts.alharamain.gov.sa/
The service is part of ongoing efforts to enhance the experience of visitors and pilgrims and to create a more accessible and comfortable environment for them.
