Saudi Female Personnel Support Pilgrims in Malaysia Through Makkah Route Initiative

Female personnel from Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Interior are playing a key role in the Makkah Route Initiative at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, assisting pilgrims and streamlining their Hajj journey with efficiency and care.
 Corporal Sarah Al-Juhani described it as a profound honor to serve pilgrims in their home country, contributing to efforts that ensure a well-organized and reassuring travel experience. She noted the deep emotional impact of seeing the joy and anticipation in the eyes of the pilgrims.
 She also underscored the significance of representing the Kingdom in this capacity, expressing hope to meet expectations and praying that Allah rewards her and her colleagues for their service to faith and country.
 Corporal Dalal Shibyani also expressed pride in participating in the initiative, highlighting her role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for departing pilgrims.
 The first group of Malaysian pilgrims benefiting from the Makkah Route Initiative departed on April 29 from the dedicated terminal at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, bound for Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah.
