ADAA Conducts Assessment of Services for Hajj Journey

The National Center for Performance Measurement (ADAA) has launched its annual assessment of the quality of services provided to pilgrims during the Hajj season 1446 AH, aligning with the Saudi Vision 2030 to elevate the pilgrim experience across Makkah, Madinah, and the holy sites.

The evaluation this year encompasses 86 distinct services provided by 17 government entities. It covers the entire pilgrim journey, starting with the issuance of Hajj permits and travel preparations, continuing through the performance of rituals and transportation between holy sites, and concluding with visits to the Prophet’s Mosque and the final departure of pilgrims to their home countries.

ADAA Director General Eng. Rashid bin Abdullah Al-Qaoud emphasized that these efforts reflect the continuous attention and dedication of the Kingdom’s leadership to enhancing the Hajj experience.

This comprehensive performance measurement reinforces Saudi Arabia's commitment to excellence in serving pilgrims.
