Diverse Programs at Eid Al-Basta in Abha Captivate Visitors

The Eid Al-Basta festivities kicked off yesterday at the Heritage Village in Abha to celebrate Eid Al-Fitr 1446 AH.

The four-day event features a variety of performances and traditional displays presented by Aseer Region's folk groups to showcase its cultural heritage. These displays include "Al-Damma," "Al-Khatwa," "Al-Qazoui," "Al-Ardah," and "Al-Laieb," alongside live musical performances with various traditional instruments.

On the first day, the event attracted residents and visitors to Aseer to revive the region's cultural and social heritage through diverse activities, boost tourism, and support local businesses by providing a platform for small enterprises and artisans to showcase their products. The event also offered visitors the opportunity to explore Aseer’s rich popular culture and diverse traditions.
