Hajj Ministry's Nusuk App Guides over 35,000 Pilgrims on Eid Al-Adha
The Nusuk app played a pivotal role on the first day of Eid Al-Adha, proactively guiding over 35,000 pilgrims. This achievement underscores the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's commitment to leveraging technology for seamless pilgrim movement and enhanced crowd management across the holy sites, reflecting the integrated technical and operational services during the 1446 AH Hajj season.
Serving pilgrims from over 100 countries and operating in 10 different languages, the Nusuk app provides more than 120 digital services to facilitate pilgrims' arrival and ritual performance. It boasts direct links to 25 government agencies and 10 private sector entities, establishing itself as a comprehensive and integrated platform for the pilgrim journey.
For this year's Hajj, the ministry introduced over 30 additional services via the app, notably Nusuk AI. This interactive digital assistant offers awareness and guidance, responding to pilgrim inquiries via voice and text in multiple languages, thereby boosting communication efficiency and empowering pilgrims with timely information for informed decision-making.
This advanced technical interaction confirms the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's push towards complete digital transformation, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030's goals and its commitment to delivering a safe, organized, and digitally empowered Hajj experience for all.
