Islamic Affairs Ministry Implements the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Iftar, Date Distribution Programs in Ghana

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by the religious attaché at the Kingdom’s embassy in Nigeria, implemented the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ programs for iftar and distribution of premium dates in Accra yesterday, during a ceremony attended by a number of senior officials, scholars, and preachers.

A total of 10 tons of dates were allocated for distribution, benefiting approximately 40,000 people. In addition, the iftar program will serve over 15,000 fasting individuals from various eligible groups.

This initiative reflects the Kingdom’s humanitarian message by supporting brotherly nations, strengthening the values of Islamic solidarity, and promoting moderation and balance.
