KSrelief-Supported Prosthetics Center in Aden Continue Providing Medical Services to Beneficiaries in Yemen
The prosthetics and rehabilitation center in Aden Governorate provided various medical services to 450 beneficiaries in May 2026 as part of the center's operational project supported by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).
The center delivered 1,434 services. Males accounted for 66% of beneficiaries, while females represented 34%. Displaced persons constituted 58% of the total beneficiaries, compared with 42% for residents.
The services included the manufacture, fitting, and rehabilitation of prosthetic limbs, physical therapy, and specialized consultations.
The project is part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's humanitarian efforts through KSrelief to strengthen the capabilities of the health sector and help alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
