Saudi Arabia Railways Awarded Best Contact Center in Travel and Transportation for 2025
Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR) was awarded the Best Contact Center Award in the travel, transportation, and tourism sector for 2025 at the Contact Center World Awards held in Greece.
This achievement follows SAR’s recent first-place win in the gold category for the Europe and MENA region at the Global Top Ranking Performance Awards, which qualified the company to compete for the title of Best Contact Center worldwide.
The award underscores the level of professionalism and operational readiness achieved by SAR’s customer service system through the adoption of advanced technologies, the expansion of service channels, and the upskilling of teams through specialized training programs.
