KSRelief Delivers 868 Tons of Dates to Algeria, Tanzania, and Philippines

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) delivered today 708 tons of dates to the World Food Programme (WFP) in the Republic of Algeria in the presence of Saudi Consul Hamad Al-Rashid, WFP representative Romain Sirois, and representatives from the Saudi Ministry of Finance and KSRelief.

This shipment is part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's donation to the WFP which handles the distribution in Algeria.

(KSRelief) also delivered 50 tons of dates as a gift given by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Republic of Tanzania, in the presence of Saudi Deputy Ambassador to Tanzania Ahmed Al-Ghamdi, Tanzania's Mufti Abu Bakr Al-Zubeir, and representatives from the Saudi Ministry of Finance and KSRelief.

Tanzania's Mufti extended his thanks and appreciation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for the aid being provided within the framework of good relations between the two countries, praising KSRelief Center's efforts in providing aid and humanitarian support.

And the team of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) delivered today 60 tons of dates as a gift given by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Republic of the Philippines.

The delivering ceremony was attended by Saudi Ambassador to the Philippines, Dr. Abdullah Al-Busairi and a number of officials.

In a speech, Ambassador Al-Busairi thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Crown Prince for their relief aid being provided for needy peoples in many affected countries around the world.
