UN: Israel's Violations of International Law Become Unbearable

The United Nations condemned today yesterday's violence in Gaza Strip
and killing of 58 peaceful Palestinian demonstrators by Israeli forces,
including six children and a relief worker, and injuring more than 1360,
including ten journalists and out of the wounded 155 are in critical
condition.

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian
Affairs (OCHA) condemned the Israeli authorities' prevention of the
injured Palestinians from leaving Gaza for urgent treatment, the
Israel's repeated disregard of international law and the killing of
peaceful protesters. The UN demanded urgent, transparent and detailed
investigations into each death or injury to bring those responsible to
justice.

UN spokesperson Jens Laerke said that Israel's repeated violations of international law have become unbearable.
