5th Misk Global Forum Kicks Off

The 5th Misk Global Forum was kicked off virtually yesterday in Riyadh
with a global participation of a number of speakers, representatives of
international youth institutions, young leaders and entrepreneurs, and
officials from the government and private sectors around the world. The
forum is being organized by Prince Mohammed bin Salman Foundation
(MiSK), represented by the Initiatives Center, to discuss change and the
importance of individual actions in creating a global impact that
motivates and inspires young people, with participation of more than 70
speakers in more than 12 discussion sessions.

The CEO of Misk Global Forum Shaima Hamid Al-Ddin, opened the forum
with a speech in which she spoke about the challenges that the young
generation faces amid the COVID-19 pandemic with regard to the future of
education and the future of jobs and mental health. She pointed out
that the forum this year is a response to the Coronavirus pandemic, as
it discusses skills and experiences required for change, which will help
young people to overcome current obstacles to achieve the desired
success and build a more sustainable future.

During the Forum, the ten projects that qualified for the
Entrepreneurship World Cup finals were announced, which are out of 100
start-ups selected from 175,000 participants from 200 countries around
the world.
