Specialized Criminal Court Defines date for the accuseds Saeed Basnawi, Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi and Muhammad Al-Khathami to attend trail session

The Specialized Criminal Court has issued a notification on the media for a Saudi terror suspect to attend a court session in Riyadh, othewise he would be charged in absentia.
The court fixed Thursday 13/6/1439H at 09:30 AM for Saeed bin Muhammad Basnawi, Saudi nationality, holder of identity No. 1005510217, to attend a hearing lawsuit at the Seventh Judicial Office in Riyadh, filed by the General Attorney.
The statement expressed hope that the defendant or his legal representative is to attend the session on time. If he is not present, the court will announce the verdict in absentia, based on 9th Article of the Law of Terrorism Crimes and its Financing issued by Royal Decree No. M/16, the statement said.
The Specialized Criminal Court has also issued a notification on the media for two Saudi terror suspects to attend a court session in Riyadh, othewise they would be charged in absentia.
The court fixed Wednesday 19/6/1439H at 09:30 AM for Abdulrahman bin Fares bin Jabar Al-Mutairi, Saudi nationality, holder of identity No. 1032913715, and Muhammad bin Aali Ali Al-Khathami, Saudi national, holder of identity No. 1029213343 to attend a hearing lawsuit at the Seventh Judicial Office in Riyadh, filed by the General Attorney.
The statement expressed hope that the defendants or their legal representative are to attend the session on time. If any of them doesn't show up, the court will announce the verdict in absentia, based on 9th Article of the Law of Terrorism Crimes and its Financing issued by Royal Decree No. M/16, the statement said.
