AVAYA holds its Annual Engage Event
AVAYA, a global leader in solutions to enhance and simplify communications and collaboration, held recently its annual Event (Engage) recently in Dubai. The event, which was sponsored by Dubai Police, witnessed the presence of more than 1000 of its customers and partners in the Gulf countries and the Middle East.
Zouheir Diab, Country Managing Director at AVAYA Saudi Arabia, pointed out that the 2019 edition of the event aims to introduce AVAYA’s partners to the latest technologies and solutions that will uplift the client’s experience to new heights of excellence and will offer an attractive and interactive experience.
Diab also Stressed the importance of the Engage event during which, several clients shared their experience using AVAYA’s solutions and products which highlighted real use cases of the company’s smart and integrated solutions for unified communications and contact centers that serve to improve the workflow in any work environment. AVAYA’s solutions offer technological mediums and ease of use reflect positively on productivity and work environments and improves the overall job satisfaction and happiness amongst employees.
The Managing Director of Avaya in Saudi Arabia pointed out to a previous survey conducted by the company in the Kingdom, which revealed that 84% of respondents agreed that technology supported work environment increases their productivity and motivation.
Furthermore, he explained how technological mediums enables job creativity and its role in increasing productivity across several organizational levels while emphasizing on its ability to be a major contributor to the process of measuring the performance of employees and companies alike.
Diab noted that Avaya offers smart solutions that are easy and flexible, to enhance communication between employees within the organizations, so that it helps them to develop their work flow based on performance results, and the technologies used in the implementation of their work.
He further noted that smart applications have become an effective way to perform common tasks such as organizing meetings, managing and automating internal processes, communicating with customers, and measuring their satisfaction with the least resources.
The event witnessed the presence of more than 1000 of AVAYA’s clients and partners in the Gulf and the Middle East. During the event, Avaya has presented appreciation awards to a number of its partners. King Fahd Medical City has won an award for being a leader in the healthcare public sector in terms of unified call center and customer service.
Hoshan Group was also present with an award for its success in managing the biggest unified communications service for customers in Saudi Arabia, and managing a professional and dedicated sales and pre-sales team. On their part, Dubai Police has also presented the Saudi Red Crescent Authority with a global call center award for its pioneering the public sector in terms of unified call center services provided to the community.
