Prime Minister of Bangladesh Receives OIC Secretary-General

Prime Minister of the People's Republic of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina Wajed received yesterday Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Hissein Brahim Taha in the capital, Dhaka.

The two officials discussed issues of interest to the Islamic world, the OIC's role in resolving disputes and promoting mediation efforts, and the need to exert more efforts to overcome the various challenges facing the Islamic world, particularly in the political and economic domains.
